Each Tuesday, the NEWS publishes letters from its readers in its FanFeedback feature. We received many letters of tribute to Maine hockey coach Shawn Walsh last week following his death Sept. 24 due to kidney cancer.
The six letters published here are representative of the sentiments expressed by many readers, prompting a one-time change from the regular letter feature to a page dedicated to Walsh remembrances.
