CALAIS – Organizers of a gospel music concert planned this weekend say the event has been canceled.

Tommy Huff, billed as the Gospel Cowboy from Winder, Ga., had been scheduled to perform Saturday, Oct. 13, at the First Baptist Church, North Street, in the Milltown section of Calais.

Family illness forced Huff to cancel, organizers said.
