CORINTH – Kristy Veazie broke a scoreless tie with 21:35 to go and the Dexter Tigers added two more insurance goals after that en route to a 3-0 high school field hockey win over Central.
Keriann Patterson scored one goal and assisted on the Veazie tally for Dexter, which finished its regular season at 14-0 and outscored its opponents 79-2 in those wins. Brittany Veazie scored the other goal, while Erika Haiko and Courtney McCormick provided assists.
Cindy Koscielny made nine saves on nine shots for the Tigers.
Cindy Dehm registered 19 saves and faced 26 shots for 8-4-2 Central.

At Guilford, Tedianne Galuski and Karole-Anne Emery each knocked in two goals as the Pirates finished the regular season at 11-2-1.

Becca Saucier failed to saved the four shots the Pirates turned on her for the 6-6-2 Minutemen of Millinocket.

At Bangor, Angela Deraps, Mandi Foss and Megan Randlett scored a goal apiece as the Warriors of Newport improved to 6-7.
Gill Snow handed out two assists for Nokomis while Brandi Davis made eight saves on 11 shots.
Julia Sleeper made six saves on 10 shots for the 1-12 Crusaders.
