STEUBEN – Claire Kennedy will be installed as postmaster of Steuben in a ceremony next month.

Kennedy has been relief postmaster at Steuben the past 13 years. She has also worked in the Cherryfield, Harrington and Milbridge post offices. The oath will be administered at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, at the Henry D. Moore Parish House and Library in Steuben.
