WATERVILLE – Colby College’s Oak Institute for the Study of Human Rights in Waterville has announced a panel presentation of “The Future of Human Rights in the Balkans.”

Participants will include Dusan Bjelic of the University of Southern Maine, Keith Brown of the Watson Institute for International Studies at Brown University and 2001 Oak Fellow Sevdie Ahmeti, a 56-year-old Albanian Kosovar.

The presentation will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 16, in Room 01 of the Olin Science Building. It is open to the public and free of charge.
