Cyr, Fletcher help Husson men’s team gain weekend split

NORTH CANTON, Ohio – The Husson College Braves came back to beat Michigan-Dearborn Sunday 65-64 after losing to Walsh on Saturday 84-66 in men’s basketball action.

Nate Cyr scored 21 points and had five rebounds, leading Husson of Bangor to the win. Randy Fletcher added 18.

Nanyemke Walton scored 16 for University of Michigan-Dearborn while Joe Burke had 15 and Robert Davis added 11 points.

Ben Holt led Walsh University with 17 points while Chad Dean added 12 points and 13 rebounds on Saturday. J.R. Ogletree scored 14 while Jason Hamilton had 12 and Jerome Sandifer chipped in with 10.

Cyr scored 19 points for Husson while Fletcher contributed 14 and Quinson Lancaster had 11.
