Salvation Army fund donations reach $4,097 Brewer Eagles Club gives $2,001

Donations to the Santa’s Helper Fund now total $4,097, which includes $2,001 received from the Brewer Eagles Club No. 3177, Brewer.

Letters seeking help continue to arrive at the Salvation Army. Many describe the extreme need that many families in our area face on a daily basis; needs that become compounded as the winter season approaches. One person writes, “I’m living on Social Security and raising two granddaughters. Their parents aren’t able to help me out. So we rely on what we can to get us by. Thank you.”
