FARMINGTON – Cheryl Kempton’s scored 14 points, nine of which came on 3-point field goals, Wednesday night to lead the University of Maine-Farmington to a 64-51 Maine Athletic Conference women’s basketball victory over Thomas College of Waterville.

Jocelyn Sawyer added 12 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Rachel Bard had 10.

Malorie LeClerc and Katie Morrell scored 13 each for the Terriers. Betsy Pratt netted 12.
