FAIRFIELD – The Fairfield Town Council will meet at 6:45 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12, beginning with a tour of the Williamson Center. The regular meeting will follow at 7 p.m.
The agenda includes:
. Public hearing on a junkyard license.
. Awarding the contract for the sale of the 1982 firetruck.
. Transferring the remainder of the balance in the Williamson Fund to SAD 49.
. Entering into an agreement with Kennebec Valley Community Action Program for renovation of the town-acquired Housing and Urban Development house on Route 201.
. Holding an executive session regarding a property tax abatement.
