KeyBank National Association has promoted three Aroostook County employees to branch managers.
Robin Carter has been named branch manager for the Caribou KeyCenter. Carter, who has been with Key for 25 years, was previously employed as a human resources officer at Casco Northern Bank in Presque Isle. She holds a Foundations of Banking diploma from the American Institute of Banking.
Heidi Estabrook has been named branch manager for the North Street KeyCenter in Presque Isle. Previously she was a sales and service associate at that KeyCenter. Estabrook has 12 years of banking experience and has attended numerous American Institute of Banking courses.
Tanya La Pointe has been named branch manager for the State Street KeyCenter in Presque Isle. Previously she was a relationship manager at that KeyCenter. La Pointe holds an associate’s degree in business management and small computer systems from Northern Maine Technical College in Presque Isle. She holds various banking-related diplomas and certificates from Williams College in Williamstown, Mass., the Northern New England School of Banking in Durham, N.H., and the College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colo.
Joanne Noyes of Canaan has joined the Skowhegan CareerCenter as an employment and training specialist II. Noyes is responsible for assisting job seekers through the use of numerous resources, including computers, software, the Internet and the CareerCenter library. Noyes’ focus will be on the youth program, where she will assist customers aged 14-21 in developing short-term and long-term employment goals and provide them with supportive and follow-up services. Noyes previously had been employed with the Maine Department of Labor’s Unemployment Division for more than 10 years.
