HOWLAND – Megan Russell poured in 23 points to lead the Penquis Patriots to a 55-38 schoolgirl basketball victory over the Penobscot Valley Howlers Thursday night.

April Allen added 12 points for the Patriots of Milo.

Megan Cyr led the Howlers with 21 points and Alicia Drost pulled down 12 rebounds.
