WALDOBORO – The traditional holiday tree lighting in the village will take place Saturday.
The event, which will include musicians from the Medomak Valley High School band and refreshments, will begin at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 15, at the evergreen tree, on the corner of Main and Jefferson streets.
The holiday celebration is open to the public. Sheet music for a singalong will be provided. No singing experience is necessary.
