NEWPORT – The SAD 48 board of directors will meet at 7:30 tonight at the Nokomis Regional High School library. Before the regular meeting, the SAD 48 negotiations committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. to discuss the superintendent’s contract and the Bus Drivers Association contract.

Before the regular meeting, the SAD 48 negotiations committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. to discuss the superintendent’s contract and the Bus Drivers Association contract.
The agenda includes a report from the finance committee on recent meetings with town officials regarding school funding, acceptance of the superintendent’s contract, and acceptance of the Bus Drivers Association contract. The education committee also will review goals and propose mathematics requirements.
