MADAWASKA – Nicholas Thibodeau buried a buzzer-beating 15-footer from the left corner of the foul line to lift Fort Kent to a 53-52 schoolboy basketball win over Madawaska on Thursday night.

Thibodeau finished with 14 points, Anthony Lamarr added 14 and Dustin Nadeau scored 13 for the Warriors.

For Madawaska, Marc Garcia poured in 30 points, including five 3-pointers. Keith Cyr chipped in with 13.
