It’s time to raise your glass at the annual Boston Wine Expo, the weekend of Feb. 2-3 at the World Trade Center and Seaport Hotel in Boston. This year’s event will feature cooking demonstrations by celebrity chefs Ming Tsai and David Rosengarten, seminars led by wine experts and tastings of nearly 1,800 wines from 18 countries. The American-French Genealogical Society recently reprinted its popular cookbook “Je Me Souviens La Cuisine de la Grandmere,” or “I remember grandmother’s kitchen.” The cookbook contains more than 700 French-Canadian recipes, including Tourtiere (meat pie), Ragout (stew), and Sugar Pie.
