BOSTON – Lindsay Duplisea fired in 20 points, including a 4-for-5 effort from 3-point range as the Husson College Braves rolled to a 97-57 women’s basketball win over Fisher College Saturday.

Leslie Trott contributed 15 points and Nicole Poirier added 13 points and 11 rebounds for the winners of Bangor. Liz Boone pitched in with 11 points.

Angela Hamilton poured in 29 points, including five 3-pointers, to lead Fisher. Jackie Gilman scored 13 more.

At Orono Sunday, Nicole Munro registered a goal and an assist to boost the Black Bears by the Huskies.

Tristan Desmet, Cheryl White and Meagan Aarts all contributed a goal to the Maine cause. Rebecca Culver, Rebecca Ouellette, Cindy Birou and Jamie Hill were credited with an assist apiece. The Bears improved to 8-9-1.

Laura Stosky and Kimberly Berry notched goals for 8-9-1 Connecticut. Sara Mahoney and Jacquelyn McGuire each had an assist.
