Winslow provides spark as Tigers stop Mariners

DEER ISLE – Justin Winslow scored five of his 18 points in overtime to help lead the Sumner Tigers of East Sullivan to a 76-71 overtime win over Deer Isle-Stonington in boys basketball action Tuesday night.

Jame Polk added 19 points for Sumner while Roman Jordan netted 14 and J.J. Phinney notched 11.

Josh Bolton tallied 30 points and Bennett Gray contributed 16 for the Mariners.
