SHERMAN STATION – Tyler Putnam poured in 30 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to power undefeated Hodgdon to a 68-53 schoolboy basketball win over the Katahdin Cougars Tuesday night.

Matt Day chipped in with 20 points for the winners.

Chris Willigar paced Katahdin with 13 points, Dustin Heath added 12 and Doug Rodgerson netted 11.

Warren finished with a game-high 21 points, and Mike Osgood contributed 11 points and 17 rebounds.

Andrew Gervais led Wisdom of St. Agatha with 13 points, Jeff Paradis added 12, and Chris Pelletier had 10.

At St. Agatha, Amber Voisine scored a game-high 14 points and Rebecca Harris contributed 11 points and nine rebounds as Wisdom triumphed.

Harris and Michelle Bourgoin had four points each in a 13-6 second quarter as Wisdom erased a one-point first quarter deficit and took a lead it would never relinquish.

Bourgoin had six rebounds and Cindy Chamberland made four steals.

Jessica Ferris and Nina Alexander had 12 points each for Easton.
