A story published in Friday’s Maine Day stated that Patricia LaMarche, a former gubernatorial candidate, had been cleared of a 1997 drunken driving charge. LaMarche, in fact, was convicted of operating under the influence. The conviction stemmed from a May 16, 1997, arrest in Yarmouth.
