WATERVILLE – Arcus Digital, a technology consulting company in Waterville, has acquired Maine Business Solutions, a computer and network sales and service company based in Oakland.

All of the current staff of MBS has been retained except retiring president Armand Mathieu, who founded the company.

In addition to traditional IT consulting and design service, Arcus Digital offers Internet services, which include Web site hosting, domain name services and server co-location. Arcus Digital also provides Web site application programming, e-commerce solutions, Web site maintenance, Web site design and graphic design services for clients in Maine, New England and beyond.
