At Standish, C.J. Vose scored 20 points and Bilal Dawan-Abdullah added 18 more as St. Joseph’s College posted a 65-61 men’s basketball win over Husson and ended the Braves’ quest for a perfect Maine Athletic Conference regular season on Wednesday.
Brandon Stewart added 15 points, including two free throws that snapped a 61-61 tie with 1:38 to play.
Randy Fletcher scored 20 points and grabbed 11 rebounds and Robert Pilsbury added 16 points for the Braves, who drop to 11-1 in the MAC.
