ALFRED – A York County judge has dismissed the wrongful death lawsuit brought by the parents of murdered Saco teen Ashley Ouellette.

The suit Lise Ouellette and the late Robert Ouellette filed against Earl and Muriel Sanborn of Saco last February was dismissed Tuesday.

Thomas S. Marjerison, the Sanborns’ lawyer, said the families resolved the case. There was no financial settlement, he said.

David Beneman, attorney for Lisa Ouellette, would not comment.

Ashley, 15, spent the last night of her life at the Sanborn home. Ashley had been friends with the Sanborns’ two sons, Steven and Daniel.
