Jessie Mayol of Bowdoin College has been selected as the New England Small College Athletic Conference Player of the Week. Mayol scored 11 points and had four assists in a win over Middlebury and led her team with 13 points in a semifinal win over Williams.

Jamie Bean of Lesley University, Stacey George of Lasell College, Danielle Wilson and Tenielle Hill of Elms College and Rachel Merrill of Maine Maritime Academy have been named to the North Atlantic Conference all-tournament team.
Crockett, Zahm, Cressler
Kara Crockett, Jaime Zahm and Meg Cressler of the University of Southern Maine have been named to the Little East All-Conference teams, Crockett to the first team and Zahm and Cressler to the second team.
Jason St. Pierre
Jason St. Pierre of the University of Southern Maine has been selected as a member of the Second Team All-Little East Conference. St. Pierre started in 24 of 26 games and led the team in scoring, rebounding, three-pointers and steals with 14.7 points per game, 5.9 rebounds per game, 58 threes and 65 steals.
Kate Lawler
Kate Lawler of Maine Maritime Academy has been chosen as the North Atlantic Conference women’s basketball tournament MVP.
Ricky Sirois
Ricky Sirois, a senior at the University of New England, has been named to the all-Commonwealth Coast Conference Second Team. Sirois led the league with a 20.1 point per game scoring average.
Kim Corbitt
Kim Corbitt, a freshman forward at the University of Maine, has been selected as the Spalding America East rookie of the week. Corbitt scored eight points per game in two wins as well as adding five assists and making two game-tying free throws in a win over BU.
Peter Metcalf
Peter Metcalf of the University of Maine men’s hockey team has been named the Koho player of the week. Metcalf had two goals and three assists, and finished the week with a +7 rating.
