WATERVILLE – Corey Gardiner scored three goals and assisted on another to lead No. 1 Waterville to an 8-0 win over No. 4 Bangor in Class A divisional semifinal hockey action Tuesday.

Chris Morgan, Seth Richardson and Nate Hart each added a goal and an assist for 16-4-1 Waterville. Zach Pelletier and Matt McGowan notched a goal each while Marc Labbe, Nate Whittier an d Josh Hart handed out two assists apiece. Eric Theriault made nine saves.

Dominic Dinardo made 27 saves on 33 shots in net for 6-13-1 Bangor while Chris Zielinski stopped 12 of the 14 shots he faced.
