SKOWHEGAN – Derek Holt scored 14 points to help lead No. 3 Skowhegan to a 52-47 victory over No. 6 Brewer in an Northeastern Division Class A divisional round game Wednesday night.
B.J. Dunlap contributed 11 points for the Indians while R.J. Anzelc added nine points and 10 rebounds.
Matt Sargent led Brewer with 16 points while Jon Bell netted 15 for the Witches.

At Presque Isle, Nick Casavant scored 13 of his game-high 34 points in the third quarter to help pace the top-seeded Wildcats to victory over No. 9 Waterville.
Casavant added nine rebounds for Presque Isle, which takes on No. 4 Oxford Hills of South Paris in Saturday’s 3:40 p.m. quarterfinal at the Bangor Auditorium.
Ryan Graves provided 20 points, five assists and five steals for the Wildcats.
Ryan Lockard scored 20 points to lead the Panthers. David Veilleux contributed 11.

At Sukee Arena in Winslow, Chris Langlais scored two goals to lead No. 2 Winslow by No. 3 Hampden in the Southeastern semifinal.
Derek Dempsey, Doug Dorval and Jason Carter each added a goal for the 14-7 winners. Tim Cloutier made 18 saves.
Greg Taylor, Greg Brown and Chris Bearor each scored a goal for 12-8 Hampden and goalie Garrett Macgowan made 32 saves.
