WILTON – Police have arrested an 18-year-old man and a juvenile for burglarizing the home of two elderly sisters.

Patrick McCall and an unidentified 17-year-old are accused of breaking into the sisters’ home, binding them with duct tape and stealing their life savings.

The women are 88 and 90 years old.

Wilton police say the alleged thieves went on a shopping spree in Lewiston and Auburn after the robbery.

Investigators recovered TVs, stereo equipment and a used car the pair allegedly bought with the stolen money. Police also found $12,000 in cash.

Will McCall, Patrick’s brother, also was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property.
