CARIBOU – The Caribou School Department will register preschool and kindergarten pupils by appointment only Monday, May 6, through Friday, May 10.

In order for parents to register their child, they must bring the child’s birth certificate, a copy of guardianship papers if it is warranted, and record of immunization. Children must be 5 years old on or before Oct. 15 to be eligible for kindergarten and 4 years old for preschool.

Immunizations are required by Sept. 3 for children 4 years old and older.

An information packet will be mailed to parents who sign up for registration before the scheduled meeting date.

To make an appointment, call the Caribou nurse’s office at 493-4255 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. from Wednesday, April 3, to Friday, April 5.
