Do you think the city should take over the empty Dakin’s building in downtown Bangor even though the owner says he has plans to work on it?

It’s time the city does something. It’s deteriorating and an eyesore and a hazard to the city.

I don’t know if the city should take it over, but something should be done because it’s an eyesore. It’s a prime location, so it seems there would be plenty of opportunity to do something with it.
