Shane Durost of Northern Maine Technical College in Presque Isle, Jesse Haskell of Eastern Maine Tech in Bangor and Jeremy Kervin of Unity College are among 10 players named to the United States Collegiate Athletic Association’s Division II Basketball All-America Team.

Also accorded All-America status were David Brown of Central Maine Tech in Auburn and Jason Bartlett of Southern Maine Tech in South Portland. The USCAA’s Division II men’s basketball ranks are made up of 21 teams from across the country.

Durost, a junior forward from Mars Hill, averaged 21.5 points and 6.9 rebounds for the Falcons. Haskell, a freshman forward from China, averaged 22.9 points for the Golden Eagles.

Kervin, a freshman center from Hodgdon, paced the Rams with 20.3 points per contest.
