Outlook: The Bears and the Mules meet for the 266th time since the rivalry was initiated in 1881. UMaine makes its home debut after playing its first 26 games outside the state. The Bears are coming off a crucial America East sweep at Northeastern, while Colby dropped two of three NESCAC games against Trinity (Conn.) Friday and Saturday. The key to this meeting is pitching. UMaine freshman Robinson gets his second start of the season, while the Mules are likely to utilize a handful of pitchers. Colby features a corps of former Cony High stars, including Brunelle, Lippert, Jared Cushman and Brandon Royce. The Mules have won five of their last eight games.
