I believe Joseph Wenselades’ letter of April 17 was on a very delicate issue for the people who live in Aroostook County.

An example would be to give a giant retailer like Wal-Mart a monopoly on gasoline.

That would bring down prices. However, when all the little independent dealers are put out of business, who would have lower prices?
