Imagine my surprise when I turned to the editorial page of the April 29 Bangor Daily News and saw your not so subtle “endorsement” of Tim Woodcock, one of several Republican candidates for the 2nd District. With seven weeks left in a primary race that is just beginning to heat up, this was a low blow.
A one-issue candidate is hardly the best choice for the people of the 2nd District. You might try asking all of the candidates about the myriad issues facing all of us who live here before prematurely “endorsing” a candidate for Congress.
