BANGOR – Gateway Title will hold a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new 5,000-square-foot office from 3 to 6 p.m. Friday, May 3, at 165 Longview Drive.

Steven Levesque, state commissioner of Economic and Business Development, will cut the ribbon at 3:30 p.m., for the title insurance, title searching and real estate closings company.

Gateway Title of Maine opened in March 1997 with two employees and currently has eight employees with two more positions being added shortly.

Gateway Title of Maine is owned by attorneys Dan Aiken, John Wilson and Mart Lapin.
