Bangor Public Library offers bookmark contest

BANGOR – The Children’s Room of the Bangor Public Library presents its 11th annual Summer Reading Bookmark Contest.

This year’s theme is Folk Festival Fun.

The winning design will be professionally printed by Fast Forms and distributed throughout the summer program.

Contest guidelines:

. You must be 5 to 14 years old.

. You must use the theme in your design.

. Use only two colors (no yellow).

. Use 6-inch-by-2-inch paper (available at the children’s desk).

. Turn in your entry by May 31.

. Name and phone number must be on the back of your entry.
