Peoples Heritage Bank, based in Portland, has promoted Allen Campbell as vice president. He will manage business development and sales at the 77 Exchange St. location in Bangor. The Brewer resident joined Peoples Heritage Bank in 1994, and has 15 years of banking experience. He has served as a mortgage originator and a branch manager.
Heather L. Parent has joined the Bangor office of Eaton Peabody as an associate in its administrative law department. Parent received a bachelor’s degree in environmental science, magna cum laude, from Susquehanna University. She received her law degree and a master of studies in environmental law from Vermont Law School. Parent’s practice will be concentrated in the area of environmental law.
Kirk D. Bloomer, Esquire, who was admitted to the Maine State Bar on May 14, has joined Largay Law Offices, P.A., of Bangor as an associate attorney. Bloomer will practice business, corporate and real estate law with emphasis in both transactions and trials. He is a graduate of John Bapst Memorial High School, Husson College and Vermont Law School.
Lindsay Harris has advanced to the position of assistant vice president in the commercial lending department of Peoples Heritage Bank, based in Portland. She will continue to approve, administer and monitor all commercial loans requiring a government guaranty for Maine. The Ellsworth native started with Peoples Heritage Bank in 1996.
J.S. McCarthy Printing Co. of Augusta has named Mike Fredericks account representative for the northern and central Maine regions. Fredericks has been employed with the company since 1994. His previous positions within the company include prepress manager, shipping-receiving manager and production scheduler.
Arthur R. Chamberlain has joined Acadia Financial Consultants as an investment executive based in UnitedKingfield Bank locations in Lewiston and Franklin County. Chamberlain has 18 years of experience in investments, financial planning and insurance. He will help clients create portfolios of financial products including individual stocks and bonds, mutual funds, fixed and variable annuities, pension plans, and life, disability and long-term care insurance. Chamberlain is a chartered life underwriter and a chartered financial consultant.
The Maine Community Foundation, with offices in Ellsworth and Portland, has hired Marcie Bowden as donor relations assistant. Bowden holds a bachelor’s degree in social sciences and an associate of sciences degree from the University of Maine at Augusta.
