WOBURN, MASS – The Maine Hoops North under-15 boys basketball team won the New England AAU Championship during Memorial Day weekend. The team, comprised of players from eastern and northern Maine, entered the tourney as the No. 4 seed and made it to the finals by defeating the tournament’s No. 1 seed.

Team members include Jordan Heath, Aaron Gallant, Joshua McNutt, Jordan Cook, Isaac Bell, Joe Carmichael, Bobby Gilbert, Blaine Meehan, Matt Carey and Matt Socoby.

The team will be playing the AAU 15-U National Tournament in Clarksville, Tenn., July 6-13.
