Members share experiences relating to diabetes management, stress reduction techniques, coping skills. Facilitated by staff from the Diabetes and Nutrition Center. BANGOR – Dual Recovery Anonymous, self-help program for those experiencing both chemical dependency and emotional or psychiatric illness, 4-5 p.m. Mondays, Osprey Room, Acadia Hospital, 268 Stillwater Ave. Purpose: to help men and women stop using alcohol and other intoxicating drugs, and learn how to manage their emotional or psychiatric illness in a healthy and constructive way.
