Top three priorities if elected:
. Providing opportunity, especially for young people, throughout the northern two-thirds of Maine. Our weak economy is undermining our health care, transportation and education systems.
. Improving our health care system. The Medicare-Medicaid reimbursement rate is unfair to Maine and other rural areas.
. Reducing trafficking in heroin and narcotic-based drugs and providing treatment for those who are addicted. Direct more resources to rural counties that are particularly at risk.
