BELFAST – A special Waldo County grand jury handed up the following indictments:

. David D. Brown, 42, Winterport, arson. Brown was charged with dousing his Coles Corner Road home with gasoline May 21 and setting it on fire.

Brown’s wife was home at the time but managed to escape. Although firefighters were able to put out the blaze, damage to the interior of the trailer home was extensive.

. Tristan D. Grasso, 25, of Northport and Edwin R. Baird, 30, of Liberty, trafficking in heroin.
