Luce collects fifth race at 95

HERMON – Thunder, lightning and pelting rain forced a stoppage during Wacky Wednesday at Speedway 95 Wednesday night, but four feature events did go off as planned.

In the ladies’ division, Debbie Luce of Carmel picked up her fifth win of the season. Brewer’s Angie Tarbox finished in second place and Heidi Shorey of Bucksport was third. Billie Allen of Winterport was fourth and Vicki Holloborough of Hermon finished fifth.
