BELFAST – The University of Maine Hutchinson Center will offer a two-part program, College Guidance 101: A Primer for Parents, to provide first-time and veteran parents with information and strategies to assist their college-bound children in the high school to college transition. BELFAST – The University of Maine Hutchinson Center will offer a two-part program, College Guidance 101: A Primer for Parents, to provide first-time and veteran parents with information and strategies to assist their college-bound children in the high school to college transition. The two-day program is 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, July 23 and 24, at the University of Maine Hutchinson Center.

Dr. Frank Burtnett will address topics such as setting realistic educational goals, conducting a comprehensive college search, application and admission processes and financial aid.
