WASHINGTON, Mich. – Adam Williamson of Peru shot an 83 in the second round of the 2002 U.S. Amateur Public Links Championship, putting his two-day total at 153. Williamson, who was 11 over and finished tied for 129th, did not make the cut. He shot 70 Monday.

WASHINGTON, Mich. – Adam Williamson of Peru shot an 83 in the second round of the 2002 U.S. Amateur Public Links Championship, putting his two-day total at 153. Williamson, who was 11 over and finished tied for 129th, did not make the cut. He shot 70 Monday.

Following today’s round the field will be trimmed to the top 64 players. These 64 will compete in the first round of stroke play Wednesday, hoping to make it to the round of 32.

Issac Jimison of Orangevale, Calif., shot a course-record 65 that earned him medalist honors. Jimison’s two-day total is 133.
