Abby Spector will be seeking her seventh straight Women’s Maine State Golf Association Championship when the 72nd version of the tourney takes place July 30-Aug. 1 at Sugarloaf Golf Club in Carrabassett Valley.
Spector, a native of Waterville, plays out of the Natanis Golf Club in Vassalboro. She will be a senior at the University of North Carolina in the fall.
The 54-hole stroke play tournament offers five gross prizes in four different flights and will also determine the WMSGA’s junior and senior champions.
