WASHINGTON – The Maine office of the U.S. Natural Resources Conservation Service will receive $1,411,703, in grant funding from the U.S. Department of Agriculture as part of the national Environmental Quality Incentives Program, a voluntary conservation program that promotes environmental quality.

The allocation is part of a $227 million national release of EQIP funds.
