Maine natives Ben Shorey of Ellsworth and Ann Favolise of Columbia led the United States Junior Racewalking squad to a win over Canada in the USA Senior 10K Championships in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. Shorey finished with a time of 47:23 and Favolise with a 53:24. Shorey and Favolise attend the University of Wisconsin at Parkside.
