HERMON – Pennie Cummings aced the 135-yard 16th hole with a 9-iron at Hermon Meadow Golf Club on Saturday. The shot was witnessed by Martha White, Ann Lang, and Thea Davis.

HERMON – Dennis Newton from Brewer shot a hole-in-one with a 5-iron on the 210-yard 12th hole at Hermon Meadow Golf Club on Sunday. The event was witnessed by Glen R. Hudgens.
