Almost 50 field hockey players from member schools of the Penobscot Valley Conference are set to take part in the PVC Junior-Senior field hockey game Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.
The game will take place at Hampden Academy’s field hockey field, which is located behind the football stadium at the Weatherbee School complex. Admission is free.
Eleven schools will be represented at the game, with each school sending four field players. Schools can also send a goalie if they want. Hampden coach Denise Ireland said 44 field players and five goalies are expected for the game.
