Although I am aware of the catastrophic disaster on 9-11, and I have great sympathy for those who perished and their families, I feel there is a grave injustice being done to those and theirs who perished and were injured in the Pentagon and on the plane that went down in Pennsylvania.
As of late most focused news and references to 9-11 have been of the twin towers, and the surrounding New York area, without mentioning that there were military and civilians in the Pentagon and on the plane that went down in Pennsylvania. Although I am aware these people are being helped and are not forgotten, we still need to remember that not only New York suffered, so did the nation, with other losses at the Pentagon, and the plane that crashed in Pennsylvania. For American citizens, this will be forever engraved in our hearts and in history.
We also have men and women in the military to be very thankful for, as they perform their necessary duties throughout the world. God bless those in uniform for keeping out nation safe and our freedom steadfast.
