EAST MILLINOCKET -The Millinocket Area Growth and Investment Council and the Katahdin Area Training and Education Center will hold a free seminar 11:30 to 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 12 at KATEC for existing small businesses and anyone who wishes to own their own business. Gov. Angus King will close the seminar by recalling his early days as an independent business owner.
