Big School (Classes A-B)

BEN LYNCH

The junior offensive midfielder for unbeaten Presque Isle’s soccer team had two goals and an assist in two big wins last week, one a 2-0 decision over Hampden and the other a 4-0 win over Caribou.

Small School (Classes C-D)

COREY EDKINS

The senior forward for Southern Aroostook of Dyer Brook scored two goals in three different soccer games last week as he helped lead the 6-1 Warriors to 3-1, 5-2, and 3-2 victories.

GIRLS

Big School (Classes A-B)

HEATHER CLARK

The Brewer senior took first place in the Ellsworth Invitational Sept. 7, touring the course in a personal-best 17:07. Clark clocked a 18:00 last year and was the runner-up.

Small School (Classes C-D)

SHANNA McGARY

McGary, a Hodgdon senior, scored three of the Hawks’ four goals in two games, including the game-winner against Madawaska. Hodgdon is now 6-1.
